Our Barre method
Get ready for a full body workout! Barre is a low-impact interval workout designed to strengthen your body - inspired by ballet, combining the best elements of Pilates, yoga and strength training. This will build muscle strength, particularly in the legs, glutes, and core.
Our Barre classes are a comprehensive full-body, muscle endurance workout set to upbeat music that challenges your entire body. Based on Pilates that tones you up through small controlled movements, high repetition sets and light weights, our barre workouts allows you to maintain a rhythmic pace while pulsing in a squat to target the glutes and quads or moving through a typical barre flow sequence.
Class sizes are intentionally small at our studio so that instructors can pay attention to you, emphasizing proper form and alignment which is important in preventing injuries and getting the best out of your workout!

If you're looking to switch up your workouts a little, try our fusion classes, Barre + Yoga and Barre + Pilates which are also beginner friendly, our instructors will adjust according to your level!
