It is a full-body strength workout at the intensity of a basic class to help build the stamina and foundation for you to move to the next level.

Barre Burn

Barre Burn (All Levels) is a multi-level class for beginners to intermediate focusing on the alignment and movements of Barre. It is an upbeat, full-body, high intensity and low impact workout and incorporates more cardio, dance and music elements than a regular Barre Basics class

Barre Cardio

Barre Cardio (All Levels) is a class that is suitable for ALL fitness levels and will shake up your workout! It combines our barre practice with HIIT (cardio intervals) and is the most fun and effective way to get your cardio in, change your body or fitness routine

Barre + Pilates

Barre + Pilates is a balanced and effective total body workout with particular focus on your core. It is designed to sculpt, strength and lengthen your body all at once in an effective and safe manner, ensuring you grow stronger without inuring yourself
